Issue:
Client needed a customer contract updated after they got stiffed on payments from two customers. Customers had argued that the services were not clearly defined and they didn’t understand their obligations under the contract.
Solution:
Counxel separated the contract into a one-page customer agreement page that detailed expectations and obligations of the two parties and then created a separate attached related “terms and conditions” that detailed out the what-if’s for the contract, such as what if payment is not made on time, what if there is a dispute, what if there are things outside the parties control.
Outcome:
Client has had excellent customer feedback now that the contract has a clear one page agreement and they have been able to avoid wasting time and money chasing down client who are not going to pay, thus improving their bottom line net profits.
