Amanda Gramlich is a Paralegal at Counxel Legal Firm, where she supports matters involving contracts, property, corporate law, employment, and consumer issues. She has worked in the legal field since 2019, beginning her career as a Legal Assistant and building experience in case management, legal research, document review, drafting pleadings and discovery, and communicating with clients and attorneys.
Amanda also brings a background in personal injury matters, which strengthened her ability to manage detailed case files, monitor deadlines, and assist clients during difficult and uncertain circumstances. At Counxel, she helps attorneys remain prepared and focused by keeping documents, discovery, deadlines, and case-related tasks organized and current.
Clear communication is central to Amanda’s approach. She provides clients with timely updates, explains what information or documentation is needed, and helps them understand what to expect next. When clients feel frustrated or anxious, she listens carefully, addresses their concerns, and works to provide clarity and reassurance. Her goal is for each client to feel supported and confident that their matter is moving forward.
Amanda is known for being responsive, adaptable, and communicative. She understands that legal matters can change quickly, so she remains prepared to adjust to new priorities while maintaining careful attention to detail and follow-through. Her work is supported by experience with Clio for case and document management, PACER and state electronic filing systems for court filings, and Westlaw and LexisNexis for legal research.
Amanda chose the legal field because she enjoys challenging work and the opportunity to learn something new each day. The most meaningful part of her role is helping clients and knowing that her support can make a difficult legal process a little easier. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, reading, completing puzzles, and spending time with her dog. She also enjoys traveling, trying new experiences, and visiting Disneyland.
